How long do I have to review my full gallery? { notes from the photographer }

How long do I have to review my online gallery?

After your photoshoot we will schedule a time to view your full gallery and make a “favorites selection”.

You will have 72 hours to review your images and make a digital and/or print selection.

How to log into your online gallery…

Start off by clicking your provided link to your online gallery.

Next “log in” using your email address.

Once you’ve “logged in” you will press the heart icon in the top right hand corner of every image you wish to add to your checkout cart.

After you have reviewed the entire gallery you can then press the menu icon at the top of the page and then select “Favorites”. This will bring you into that favorites folder and will filter out any images you did not select.

Once you are in your favorites folder you can then make a print order by clicking the “Caption” icon and type the number of copies and size of print you would like to receive.

If purchasing digital images only, there is no need to add any additional text to the “caption icon”.

Be sure to check to see if your purchased Portrait Package comes with printed product or a print release. Not all packages include a print release.

Once you have submitted your favorites list, I will then go in and finalize each image to my standard of editing and once the final editing is completed a new link will be sent to you to download your images.

Additional images that are purchased during your online gallery viewing will be invoiced and must be paid in full before the final editing begins.

Download your gallery.

You are expected to download your digital image galleries to a safe place such as a home computer, external hard drive, or cloud hard drive.

The download gallery will expire after 72 hours and there will be a $25 fee to re-upload the gallery.

Say you lost your photos or you would like to purchase additional images from our session. Galleries can be purchased at any point in the future following our photo shoot.
